We're really shocked and saddened to hear that a vital lifeline for many NHS workers is now being withdrawn.
Frontline health professionals are suffering both the effects of the pandemic and the consequences of understaffing and daily pressures of an NHS crisis, and we know whatโฆ
Breaking/
Appalling news that
@DHSCgovuk
has decided to stop funding mental health services for hospital doctors from
Monday.
When I was broken & traumatised during Covid, sessions with an

How can the govt suspend this?
Just discovered nearly 5 million people in the UK have watched

Moved beyond belief that people are finally seeing for themselves what NHS staff endured & sacrificed.

I think that was the shocker for most of us - ICU patients are normally asleep but with this, many knew what was happening to them. It was horrific. Please know there is much support out there โค๏ธ
@PackedLunchC4
No, many people are obese for many different reasons - trauma, abuse, stress, poverty, education etc To ask people to pay adds to a blame culture & increases shame. The whole issue around being overweight needs to be approached with compassion & education.
Language creates our social reality. Try using these phrases instead to increase your mental wellbeing and positive self-talk. ๐ ๐

We hope that

How you speak to yourself matters because self-talk can impact your health and wellbeing. ๐
If you think your self-talk is too negative, or if you want to emphasise positive self-talk, you can shift your inner dialogue, starting with this โจ๐

The high suicide rate amongst NHS workers should sound loud alarm bells with the govt. Far, far more must urgently be done to redress this awful statistic.
Staff must feel heard and know that the help is there when they need it.
