First things first, let's discuss Alisson. While I rate him as the clear #1 keeper in the game for the 22/23 season, I don't think it's the optimal way to use one of your 3 LIV spots. Let's assume you've got Salah and Trent - isn't that 3rd spot better saved for Díaz or Robbo?

TL;DR summary. Bryan Mbeumo (£6.5m MID) excelled during the 5 games without Toney. 🐝 avg 87 mins played 🐝 1.04 xGI90 🐝 5 goals (1 PK), 3 assists 🐝 Avg of 9.6 FPL pts 🐝 Avg 2 BPS per game Unsustainable #s over a longer stretch but this bodes well for him IMHO!

👀 Porro looks great here. I am a fan. 💷 Trent is elite but not sure he's worth a 2.5-3.0 m premium over likes of Estu, Gabriel, Chilly, Shaw, etc.

Thinking outside the box ... who is one player you really want to have in your team GW1? (Anyone who answers Haaland will be blocked immediately 😅🤓) Porro for me, esp if he fits well into Postecoglou's system (basically playing as an attacker).

If you told me that in a GW where ... 🚫 Saka and Haaland didn't play 🧢 Mo cap would get me 1x2 points 💷 I took a hit for Aït-Nouri That I would end up on 88(-4)=84 pts and a 30% rank jump, I would have not believed you. Funny game we play. 😅🍀

Best defenses post-WC (GW17-28) based on mins/xGC: 🥇 MCI 🥈 NEW 🥉 BRE These are also the best 3 DEF based on GC too. ✅ Not sure Rashford cap 🧢 is 100% guaranteed tbh.
