@TaraIsSquatter You have to find what works for you, sorry. I quit May 12 last year. I walked a lot, stomped a lot, ate pounds and pounds of fresh veggies and one day I was at a week. Then 2 and after a month I didn't think of smoking but a few times a week. Keep at it, I'm proud your trying❤
