🚨UPDATE: The hearing is going in a favorable direction. The EIA offered to voluntary pause the survey for 4 weeks. The Judge said that EIA needed to offer a negotiated deal that would bind them to this stay before 3:00 pm CT otherwise the Judge will grant a four-week TRO. Either
