@fancytomboy It was midnight when we were told. I was in surgery by 6 am. I had Burkitts Lymphoma- the fastest growing human tumor. It doubles in size every size every 6-8 hours. If it had taken 1 more day I’d have been past where it was treatable and dead by the end of the week. (4)

@fancytomboy I could not longer go to the bathroom and I was screaming in pain. We spent the day in the hospital where they said I was pregnant and only did an ultrasound to prove I was pregnant and lying. Instead they discovered I had cancer. The tumor had crimped off my bladder (3)

@ask_aubry My dad did similar. I had severe PPD and spent weeks on the mental health floor. When I was released,he bought a 1970 Barracuda -E body. He had me out there, teaching me everything-to weld. Working on that car w/ him every single day. He didn’t know how to help me so he did this.

@Greeninthemiddl The PPD I had changed my entire brain function. Before my son, migraines and depression didn’t exist for me - I had never had either. Now I’m suicidal and get migraines that mimic strokes and cost me my movement for days. My body and brain will never be the same.
