@DougieCritchley
He shouldn’t be anywhere near the England squad for the Euros. But it feels like the decision is already made
When he moved to Saudi that was the perfect time to cut him
@afccharlie
Is he a legend? I think he’s an aggressive bully. Don’t get me wrong… they are very very very annoying. But this is definitely crossing a line
@GaryLineker
It’s possible to be annoyed by their methods but still believe they have a very worthy cause. I don’t see why people find that so hard to understand
@thfcsxn
Better to be in the race than finish 8th with 3 different managers and have no trophies for FIVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND TEN DAYS 😂😂😂 5️⃣6️⃣1️⃣0️⃣ 🚫🏆
@JohnnyDineen
You’re miles off here Johnny. Wouldn’t make it in the 10th tier of English football. The level of skill required to become a pro footballer is a lot higher than a Gaelic footballer. Don’t compare them, just enjoy Gaelic for what it is 👍
@afcjxmes
@westhamtransfer
Hahaha well put. It was first sang at home vs United a couple of seasons ago. It’s been sung ever since. Why do rival clubs care?
@BBCMOTD
How is he employed by the BBC? It’s not an Arsenal thing as he talks about a lot of clubs like this. His style of writing would be much better suited to the Sun or Daily Mail
@IFLTV
@TheNotoriousMMA
Is he really arriving in style? Because it looks like he’s embarrassing himself to me.
He used to have the support of most Irish people I would say, but now they’ve disowned him.
The way he treats people is disrespectful, but he’s surrounded by yes people who won’t tell him
@edcmpbl
Bloody hell. There is a strong correlation between being obsessed with the flag and being really really really thick. And that’s putting it politely
@hak1pr
I would support City over Liverpool
And I think Liverpool are a brilliant club
City winning means nothing. That’s why everyone wants them to. If they win you can easily explain why your own club hasn’t
If a proper team like Liverpool or Arsenal win then you’ve no excuse
@TimxAFC
@afcjxmes
@westhamtransfer
It’s funny that during the international break with no Arteta quotes to obsess about, our pre match song has become the new thing to try and criticise us for. It’s so weird
@SkySportsPL
@GNev2
It’s mental how we can’t celebrate a win
What an amazing result in the title race, but don’t cheer because we don’t deserve to enjoy it
@ArsenalAnoop
It felt like it was waterlogged to stop us playing
They played high long balls
We play short passes
It suited them. Even our longer passes along the ground seemed to get stuck
@JohnnyDineen
He’s a very good GAA player. But he’d not get close to Declan Rice in terms of soccer ability. He’d be lucky to get a run out for Dagenham and Redbridge. I’m pretty certain he wouldn’t actually
@Glazgow
@GaryLineker
Exactly. They want to annoy us. Because trying to educate people in a normal way hasn’t worked. Every time I’m watching something and they come out I think “oh ffs”. But we are having this conversation now because of them
@spencermorgan93
Your football takes are awful… your political takes may be even worse… it’s time for Labour to take the reigns and end this era of corruption
@The_Forty_Four
It’s the classic Kane penalty. He “wins” them. I think he did it vs Jose Sa last season.
If that’s in the PL it’s given because it’s Kane.
Easy to say because we won, but it was the right call.
@SpursArmyTweets
The team standing in Arsenal’s way is Man City, not Spurs
We need Man City to massively underperform to win the title, which is very unlikely
There is no choice for Spurs players on whether they win or lose. It’ll come down to how City play
@Arsenalnewschan
We had our highest scoring PL season with Jesus up front. Why are people so obsessed with us trying to sign a big CF? We need to improve our defensive depth… which has happened
@PitchSideTweets
Who actually enjoys watching these guys shout nonsense at each other just for clicks?
Obviously Newcastle would love to buy ten players in Jan, but they can’t because of FFP
@charles_watts
We are trying to compete at the highest level and fans want us to start randomly throwing in 17 years olds to keep them happy
The likes of Mainoo and Bradley got their chance because of injuries.
It took Trent, Robertson and Tsimikas ALL to get injured to get Bradley on the
@Allen_JC2
Such a small club mindset to celebrate a draw. We were and are comfortably the better team. We had to make a couple of mistakes for them to get that draw!
@ChampionsLeague
They both have a lot more ability than they showed at Chelsea last season. Based on his performances for Leverkusen you’d have to say Havertz has the higher ceiling 🔴⚪️
@grumpy_spursfan
@thfcsxn
So you’re telling me Spurs haven’t even managed to go top for any significant amount of time? Must be very dull over at the lane 😉
@afclenestra
I thought he looked really bright when he came on. Should have scored when Jesus was pulled back but had another really good shot which was saved. The fans were all singing his name too
@HarryHamishGray
What exactly is the issue here? It’s a dog on a narrow path. You’re always going to have to slow down for them.
You should be cycling on the road not a footpath too. The fact you cycle with a camera shows you’re desperate for any sort of content to upload online for attention
@OnlyTams_
Don’t be fooled into thinking that Twitter is a fair representation of Londoners. I and most people I know voted for Khan. I’ve not heard anyone outside of Twitter ever say they hated him
Go outside and chat to actual Londoners
@United_Empire7
@ManUtd
@premierleague
Fun fact: no team has had more PGMOL apologies for opponents than MAN UTD
If you think they are wronged by referees then you aren’t watching the games
@markgoldbridge
I find it so strange that you can’t say one player is good these days without immediately comparing them to another (usually Saka or Saliba it seems)
Can’t both be brilliant and everyone just appreciate it?
Gareth HAS to have both in his starting team this summer
