Best thing learning about calorie deficit. I’ve managed to lose 7lb since last Monday just by eating more fruit,any meals I want and a snack if I fancy it as long as I’m within my calorie intake. Also taken up walking and more exercise! Feeling good inmysel. Just the start💪🏼😁
