my account went through the upgrade like everyone else’s but from looking at the website I was supposed to receive an email/and alert about this and I didn’t. I have now gone to re-register my account and it says the details supplied can not be found. Can’t access
My account and I my upgrade should have been available from Saturday so now I can’t go and check my upgrade options or gain access to my Three account.
