I feel anger but also a sense of helplessness knowing that because Trump committed this crime and has to be prosecuted Republicans will do everything in their power to destroy the prosecutors, not the criminal, and there is nothing at the moment I can do to stop their treachery.

They act like they’re these independent thinkers that are compelled to arrive at these unpopular conclusions by the text of the constitution. @soledadobrien The interesting thing about how Twitter is feeding me information about the apparent CNN debacle - I didn’t watch it - is that I’m seeing very little of what Trump said, and a whole lot about CNN. CNN seems not to have reported or participated, but instead became the focal point.

Afghan girls love vibrant color clothes. Women have close to no rights in Afghanistan. Once these girls reach adolescence they will be hidden away from the world behind closed doors or under Burkas. But as children they play out in the open.
