Our latest paper. We show that genetic diversity is a new genetic factor in cognition, challenging the Out of Africa model. GD in human is under selection and has little to do with long evolutionary time or being human ancestors.

@CharlesL1902 @charliewyrd The field is committed to out of Africa too deeply to qualify as objective, and its silence speaks volumes. So far, it has been silent on whether the aDNA in Europe and E Asia is evidence for Out of Africa. If not, what could it be? Can't be irrelevant. Can only be Falsifying!

@luix The authors were silent on whether these aDNAs are evidence for out of Africa. So, they cannot be evidence for it. They therefore can either be against it or irrelevant. But it can't be irrelevant since ooa predicts aDNA at that age should be African like.

That Africans carry more ancestral alleles (=archaic or apes) has been well demonstrated by the rooting of phylogenetic trees in Africa for both autosomes and uniparental DNAs by using the outgroup rooting method. Biological significance of this?Eerie silence...

@NorvinHobbs14 NO. All European Y haplotypes are downstream of F and F originated in East Asia. So, just like Bacho Kiro cave aDNA came from E Asia, so are all European Y haplotypes. Why Africans did not go into Europe via M East? OoA is sooo convoluted, it's embarrassing!

Whether there is a superior race is a scientific question and can only be answered by highly qualified geneticists after a thorough scientific investigation. For lay people to have a no answer to such a question prior to investigation is bizarre, non-scientific, and pure politics

The San have the highest GD and the lowest cognition/civilization in humans and are believed to be the ancestors, i.e., Out of Africa. The only alternative is the maximum GD theory that GD has an upper limit, which is inversely proportional to brain function or complexity. 2/6

Low cognition is subject to natural selection, and so the underlying GD must be also rather than being time-related and not subject to natural selection as assumed by the molecular clock and neutral theory. The finding challenges the assumption of the OOA model. 6/6

This inverse relationship holds well among species (the higher the complexity, the lower the GD), which means that the highest GD of the San may be the reason for their cognition level being the lowest. The origin of humans may actually not be in Africa but in E Asia. 3/6

"Although [70%] of the human genome is indeed closer to chimpanzees, on average, a sizable minority of 15% is in fact closer to gorillas", confirming what we wrote before: Great apes are equally related to human in genealogy but not in functional DNA MGD. .

The article lists dozens of theories by maverick scientists in history. They were first ignored and ridiculed, and then proved to be correct.

Another example of the universal inverse association between maximum genetic diversity and cognition. Basques have higher IQ and higher IQ PGS scores than other Europeans and their genomes have lower heterozygosity.

Neutral theory was inspired by the molecular clock, which was inspired by the genetic equidistance result. Without understanding the genetic equidistance phenomenon, one cannot understand molecular evolution.

Darwin followers do not admit progress or direction in evolution. But Darwin says this: "The more recent forms must, on my theory, be higher than the more ancient; for each new species is formed by having had some advantage in the struggle for life over other and preceding forms

Among homo fossils at ~1 million years ago, Yunxian skull from Hubei Central China is special as it has facial features similar to modern humans, which supports our molecular model that modern humans first appeared in East Asia.

There are close to 10 modern fossil sites in Eurasia (3 in China) aged 60-30 ky, but there is only one in sub-Sahara Africa which however doesn't even look like Africans. What does this mean to origin models?🤣

If out of Africa were true, how could modern humans entering Eurasia from hot Africa at 50000 years ago adapt to the cold climate and compete with the people that had adapted to Eurasia for 2 million years?

The migration of humans into Eurasia from Africa at ~2 million year ago led to human adaptation to and preference for more diverse biomes. This makes Eurasia, rather than Africa, the more suitable place for the birth of modern humans at ~100000 year ago.

Afr hunter gatherers have the highest genetic diversity. Eurasians have lower GD, which is thought to be due to bottlenecks during OOA migrations. However, actual measures of bottlenecks (ROH) shows it is Afr HG that have high ROH. OOA is fiction

"Definitions are never set in stone, and the twists and turns of how racism has been defined illustrate how the meanings of such contentious terms are always subject to reevaluation and contestation." The authors who defined racism are unqualified!
