i say " i'm so grateful " at least 5-10 times a day. i can remember parts of my life, months, years, when i used to say i hated my life. y'all, just keep going. if you have breath, you have opportunity. keep going.
reminders : drink water, set a bed time, don't get on the phone first thing in the morning, drink water in the morning, make sure you're walking everyday, monitor your junk food intake, eat fresh fruits and vegetables, cook at home.
if you don't have any self care plans for tomorrow, just rest. like... rest rest. no phone. no people. no negative music. no negative tv. sleep in. drink tea. sit in the sunlight. think about some good memories, things that'll make you smile. gm!
a gentle reminder that you don't need to be vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian ... breatharian.... just be conscious of making better decisions. give your body what it deserves. everyone should be eating a variety of fresh real foods, daily. ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ฅญ๐๐๐ฅ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฅฆ๐ฅฌ๐ฅ๐ถ
y'all really gotta get back to experiencing life off/outside of the internet.when you go out somewhere and cross paths with all different kinds of ppl who are seemingly kind, decent,& just wana enjoy life. that's the life i enjoy daily. i really try to avoid social media conflict
my grandma is getting ready to make 50+ sweet potato pies for friends and family. she's been doing this every year since i can remember (at least 30 years). she turned 90 this past august and she's still preparing thanksgiving dinner. i love this woman with all my heart.
take some time before bed to think about how grateful you are for this life. think about how far you've come and all the great things to come. don't fall asleep scrolling. fall asleep to your own thoughts. sweet dreams, y'all.
i challenge you to commit to a better quality of life, no matter what it takes. i challenge you to love yourself and value this life, no matter what forces are out here working against you. you got this.
reminder :
replace your toothbrush, wash your bathroom rugs, replace your wash cloths and towels, buy some new underwear and socks, deep clean the kitchen this weekend. buy a houseplant. drink some water.

eat, watch, buy, wear, where we live, whether we get access to medicine and healthcare..... it's the foundation of every system, every industry. agriculture, entertainment, education... they're evil pos & this country is going to crumble
be conscious of what you consume in the mornings. drink some water . don't jump on social media. listen to some music and get through your morning routine before engaging all the worlds bs. give yourself some peace of mind.
imagine if you opened a few small healthy grocery stores across the country in food deserts with all your lil rich friends..... equipped with nutrition education and gardens ... AND ... stayed the fuck out of peoples grocery carts.
wow. a concept.
wash your bedsheets & pillow cases. replace your toothbrush, bathroom rug , towels and washcloths. wipe down walls in rooms you burn incense. wipe the handle to the fridge, oven, microwave & tops of your trash cans. then eat something amazing and relax .
yall... WE BOUT TO BE FARMING FARMING. this is so big... so much bigger than me.... it's everything i've ever asked for plus 1 million times more. i've been speechless since saturday. 225 acres in a weekend. whew. tell me it's not divine.
i challenge you to not get on social media tomorrow. cook all them veggies bout to go bad in the fridge. listen to music. clean up... focus on something else. gn!
fam........ they are SWEET POTATOES. ROAST the potatoes and you will NOT have to use this much sugar. this is disgusting. this is why i go hard with this health and wellness shit. people think this is ok. no
just spent 5 hours sowing seeds barefoot , ate 2 mangoes, got lots of sunlight, fresh air, ate up, some good ass exercise, dripping sweat, laughing, smiling, singing.... what a blessing. โ๏ธโป๏ธ๐ฑ
if you believe " black lives matter " then you believe black health matters. the black community has been pumped full of junk food, drugs , liquor , fast food, etc. it's the same fight. if you're not encouraging black health and wellness, wyd ? working against us.

Australia have installed their drainage network with nets so plastics & pollutants cannot reach rivers or seas.
This doesn't require a lot of money. It requires willingness to change!
Let's drive this initiatives across all places & step forward for a cleaner & greener planet๐
you know what's an extreme lifestyle? drinking liquor, smoking tobacco, eating processed foods daily, not getting enough sleep and drinking enough water, playing with your mf body/health. thinking you can wyle out and your body still gon be able to support your stupid ass
fuck a diet culture. WE HAVE TO EAT FRUITS AND VEGETABLES! THE EARTH SAYS SO.... life says so.... that is what we are meant to eat, that is what keeps us healthy. what in the hell. how do i always end up in these wild ass debates ๐ญ mute mute block block BLOCK
pepsico is suing indian farmers for growing the potatoes they use for lays. $150,000 from at least 4 farmers. they are in rural areas and were probably unaware they were growing the potatoes. straight corporate greed.
y'all, please.... return to the earth. all the answers are in nature, in you. stop following these self proclaimed saviors. believe in yourself and trust the earth. she really got us. also, start growing food!
weekend reminders: wash your bathroom rugs. wash your sheets and pillow cases. clean your countertop, microwave and fridge handles & trashcan lid. collect some clothes to donate. drink tea. meal prep and relax.
do not fall for the " plant based " trap at the grocery store. they're rebranding healthy plant food to = soy canola oil burgers and wheat gluten nuggets.
eat real food.
i wonder what all this toxic nail polish, hair products, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, cheap perfumes, body washes, bath bombs, incense etc really be doing to the body.
in less than 12 mo. i got a farm, grew some shit and now i'm cooking it and feeding my community with it for free. this is like, goals and this is my whole ass life.. and i share this reality with some amazin souls. i'm so grateful and proud of myself. thank you ancestors๐ฑโป๏ธ๐๐ฅฌ
