This was supposed to be a “slight risk” area for tornado. The entire 2nd floor blew off when the twister touched down. Luckily residents in Newnan, GA (40 miles sw Atlanta) say had 20 min to react thanks to emergency alert system which probably saved many lives. #Newnan #Tornado
