Cheyenne, WY reached 70°F today. Broke the daily record high (64) by 6°F & set a new December record (69) by 1°F. Today’s current low of 50°F is +9° above the normal high of 41°. Since records started in 1871, Cheyenne has never had a 70°F day in December - until today. #WYwx

I find it disheartening some of #wxtwitter is “sad” & “disappointed” in the overall low tornado count & SPC TOR watch count this year. One less tornado/watch means some factor less of psbl weather impact likelihood on someone’s crops, ranch, home, health, and possible life.
