Great progress on Phase 3 of our #Cranford redevelopment. This was an abandoned Wells Fargo and asphalt parking lot on an acre a block from the train station. Very difficult site… major stormwater retention under the building. Should be done end of year/early 2025.

This is HUGE for Newark and long overdue. Kudos to former South Ward Councilman John James who was a tireless advocate for rail access at the airport and to Mayor Baraka and his staff as well who have long pushed for this.
