Surely the @HamiltonPolice can use their resources for better things than investigating some yellow paint in a peaceful protest. Other municipalities did not treat similar events as "criminal". You might disagree with the paint, but this seems retaliatory.

This is an important case to test the limits of creed, a ground set out in the Human Rights Code. Once seen near-exclusively as a religious view, creed has expanded to incorporate genuinely held world views that are not religious in nature. I look forward to advancing this case.
