Great advice from MLB HOF Pitcher Goose Gossage. Goose says the wind up engages the bigger stronger muscles and creates rhythm and timing. He also thinks arm injuries are up due to pitchers not using the wind up. Very insightful conversations with him this weekend. Great guy!

crazy when you see a video of a kid you know crow hopping 90 to a net portrayed as a beast but he doesn't pitch on his team bc he doesn't know how to throw strikes, locate or change speeds. More to it then "Throwing 90". Coaches have a responsibility to teach that too.

@nextlevelbb Colleges putting pressure on these players to start showcasing in 9th grade and sometimes younger and players feeling pressure to commit and post it online. Sad and sick both ways. Parents know very little about recruiting and college baseball and make bad decisions.

Here is a sneak peek at the new Badgers Park in Hampstead! We have a month to get it ready. Just installed a clay batters box and clay mound. Two fields, three bullpens, cages, storage shed and lots of auxiliary space. Lots to do, but it will get done! Excited for our players!
