6. Capacity is a key issue for the delivery of high quality PD. Trusts, as they scale, have the opportunity to pool resources and expertise, and to build capacity in areas such as tech, event delivery and research/evaluation.

b. is supported effectively (high quality resources that can be assimilated into educators' practice simply / effectively) c. fits well into the school’s content (leaders’ support, understanding (and possibly involvement), enough time so that PD doesn’t add significant work.
