I am down but I am not out! All those years of catching finally took their toll on my knees. Got my knee replaced this AM so I can get back to MD and do my catching camps this Winter. Doc says I will be walking out of here tomorrow! Thanks for all the messages and well wishes!

Pitchers listen up!! Incredible tip from Goose. Goose was one of the toughest guys to ever face. The wind up also adds a ton of deception. Being a HOF may not carry credibility on social media, but it does to me! What are people's thoughts on wind up vs. stretch?

Great advice from MLB HOF Pitcher Goose Gossage. Goose says the wind up engages the bigger stronger muscles and creates rhythm and timing. He also thinks arm injuries are up due to pitchers not using the wind up. Very insightful conversations with him this weekend. Great guy!

This guy knew what to do when the ball was hit to him. One of the best I have ever seen. Him and the Blade! He does an incredible job teaching players these concepts as well. He is also a guest instructor with the O's for spring training. One of the best in the infield business!
