I can’t say I’m surprised, I am so disappointed. A big disconnect with experience at work vs SoMe. Supervisors have noticed I’m doubtful & fearful (rather than cautious & careful) in cases I’m competent & was confident in. Hoping for a good day. I’m only human.

I’ve had many experiences receiving replies to A&G (appropriate - GP approved)/clinic letters where it’s addressed to Dr despite signing as me, physician associate, no title. I send note back asking for amendment/acknowledgement it’s me. Often secretarial.

Seeing the “Doctor of the Week” going to a PA being dragged up again. Having worked as a junior in the trust at the time: This was raised and it was a completely inappropriate decision and I think this was a foolish move by the consultant despite likely good intentions

@Aidan_Baron Sorry that’s your experience 😔I try really hard to get my doc colleagues doing pleural procedures, go to clinic, have study time - we all need to train and upskill but it’s gotta be a fair balance.
