@RedMendipBoy This is very fair! Exactly why we should be trying to fix dr training & make MBBS (etc) accessible. But rn when there is much to sort, talking of ‘conversion’ courses etc isn’t helpful

@PAalice19 But the data suggests that yours is a minority opinion, @PAalice19 . A very sizeable minority, I agree. But there is a large group of PAs who WOULD choose to be a doctor, if being a junior doctor wasn’t so crap and medicine wasn’t so expensive

@RedMendipBoy Also not denying I probably did want to be a dr at 16 but chose to do something else I liked whilst I decided (this isn’t controversial pls anons 😂) & I don’t now or I’d apply for GEM

@PAalice19 @RedMendipBoy 💯 your view point Alice but in my experience quite a few PAs would. Dr training been severely hampered by government who imho are trying to change the landscape to cheaper alternative treatment for those who can’t afford private medicine by creating controllable stuck workforce.
