I just found out that my head and neck attending from residency, Dr. William Harter, passed away. He's the reason I am a radiation oncologist. He was a most amazing human that embodied what it means to "doctor," to advocate, to mentor, and to care... I will miss you, Dr. Harter.

What failed is the trial design, within this combination, fractionation, coverage, and sequencing. NOT immunotherapy in HNSCC.
