I also did my first Park Run last Saturday! It felt great, despite finishing somewhere near the rear of the pack! (I’ll get better...) Over 700 people ran in Cardiff! I’m going to sign our practice in Mountain Ash up for the RCGP Parkrun toolkit!

Agree wholeheartedly with Sarah Wollaston! Prevaricating and trying to keep alive a poor deal means we will run out of time to get any deal worth having and perhaps a no deal after all.

First day back on placement today as a med student (rather than as a nurse) only did 8:30-16:30 and I am knackered. Can I have my own lockdown now to recover from the last one please? Tbh, could do with 12 weeks off. 😴😴😴

How else can we demonstrate the true intellectual and stamina requirements, and joy of the Doctor/ Patient relationship?!!

Easter is supposed to be a a celebratory/ joyous day but I am deeply saddened & heartbroken by the terrible attacks on churches & hotels in Sri Lanka (I have visited these places when visiting my family & friends) My prayers are with everyone affected 😔😥 #SriLankaAttacks
