@parkrunUK my hubby who is only 59 has just ran his 5th parkrun at the lovely Shepton Mallet on Saturday and he got yet another pb 31.50. He has Alzheimer’s so wears his plastic barcode pinned to his shirt so the scanners can see it, 😢because he forgets. #alzheimerawareness
