@Peachesxcr58541 I can’t really speak to the motivation. But they seem to be on firm legal footing considering it’s excluding people based on race/ethnicity. That said, the city is likely doing this to address the maternal mortality rate, which is 3-4x for black women. It’s a travesty.

@Frediculous Mandatory tip makes sense, especially if it’s based on quantity of items and overall cost. Doing cost alone isn’t good because it could just be an expensive order that doesn’t require a heavy lift. I also think inclement weather should be taken into account.
