On 30th Jan 2023 Carey posted this video calling for a riot in Finglas targeting the Garda Station & any refugees in the area - to occur on the 1st Feb 2023. In the early hrs of 1st Feb Carey was arrested and charged with incitement to hatred. His trial will be held this year.

Short 🧵When I created Ireland against Fascism most people assumed it was led by men. I/we never corrected that assumption. But it was always female led. It shows how people assume only men can make a difference/affect change in attitudes/educate the masses and be effective.
