In 2015, Baric and Shi published a paper on how a bat coronavirus with a deadly 30% lethal rate like MERS infects humans. It featured a furin cleavage site at the S1/S2 junction led by proline—a rare choice among 20 amino acids known for stabilizing the FCS. By 2019/20, a similar

Can this be any clearer? In 2015 Baric and Shi PUBLISH a paper on the mechanism of how a bat coronavirus was able to infect and kill humans, the 30% lethal MERS virus. The mechanism is a furin cleavage site located at the S1/S2 junction that has a leading proline. With 20

It probably doesn't matter that much to be honest where the virus was released per se. We are not, in any manner, talking about state actor release. Be wary of DoD influencers who try to pin this solely on this China. They're trying to deflect from US BioD programs and Baric.

Blaming China alone overlooks the broader issue. By focusing solely on the state level, we fail to recognize that Zoonati exist worldwide. This is a global challenge, and it's likely to recur. The current response from the White House is inadequate, with nonsensical regulations

@JamieMetzl @COVIDSelect The final sentence is incorrect. The primary culprits are not countries, but, instead, reckless and malfeasant scientists and science funders: Shi Zhengli, Peter Daszak, Anthony Fauci, and Francis Collins. All were paid salary by US government. None has been held accountable.

Correction: it is not confirmed DEFUSE was carried out and there is no published evidence that either Baric or Shi were successful in adding FCS into SARS CoVs, though they were good at creating chimeras focusing on the RBD generally without a trace as Baric said, i.e. no see um.

Peter Daszak was credited on a paper by Yuri Deigin and Rosanna Segretto, which formed the basis for the lab origin theory of SARS-CoV-2. Moreover, the NIH publications database associated with Peter Daszak's RO1 grant was hacked or altered to include that article.

Oh, it adds a lot. The idea that SARS-CoV-2 was a natural virus, for one. Be wary of these papers. They're diabolical enough to "create" evidence that it wasn't synthetic. That's why the scientific side needs to wrap up. I personally think it does with Bruttell et al., but others
