Omicron has learned how to read!!! Of the 30 mutations in its spike gene, 24 have been characterized in scientific publications. Also, it borrowed defining mutations from alpha, beta, delta, eta, epsilon, iota and mu. Even though it was in hiding when these variants emerged.

The spike protein in SARS2 contains elements from #HIV that allow it to bind to immune cells and kill them. Where did these HIV-1 sequences come from? Not from natural evolution, as explained here nicely (in lay terms):

What a **lucky** virus SARS-CoV-2 is. It developed a furin cleavage site, that did not increase its fitness, by accumulating 12 new nucleotides encoding PRRA. It managed to obtain a CGG-CGG codon pair that virtually halts translation in bats, yet managed to survive that.

SARS2 can bind to and cause apoptosis of CD4+ T-cells. This adds more urgency to the question whether the 3 HIV-1 homology loops that come together in the 3D structure of the spike protein can form an interaction surface for a CD4 cell receptor.

SARS2 miraculously has 2 BsaI and 3 BsmBI sites spaced evenly in the 30k genome. Optimal for genetic engineering. 3 BsaI sites seen in predecessors disappeared, while 2 "better" ones appeared. 5 BsmBI sites disappeared, being replaced with 3 new ones. Not thanks to Darwin.

The Spike gene of Omicron has 25 mutations that change an amino acid. Because of the codon redundancy you would expect ~2 times as many silent mutations: 50. And there is apparently only 1 silent (“synonymous”) mutation. Random mutagenesis can not generate such statistics.

The DEFUSE grant proposal. A blueprint to create SARS2. Submitted in 2018 to DARPA by WIV, UNC, EHA and Duke-NUS. What hasn’t been pointed out yet is that the amount of methodological detail in the proposal indicates that the proposed experiments had already been done, in some

SARS2 origin: the further you go back in time, the more relevant the data: 1. Participants at the international military games in Oct 2019 in Wuhan were discouraged to venture into the city. Those that ignored the advice saw a ghost city 2. A few weeks before the military

The identification of a SARS2 spike protein gene in bacterial genomes isolated from patients in 2019 in Henan province raises many questions. The protein sequence is identical to that in SARS2 except that the furin cleavage site is missing.

Baric is smart. He is on the DARPA grant proposal to create SARS2. He has developed most of the technology for this. Now he's trying to shift the blame to WIV. After he transferred the knowledge there. Humanized mice; Chimera viruses. Never in the limelight. How?

@MJnanostretch He had a reviewed paper as early as in mid 2020 I recall, stated lab possibility. Imho, he wanted that path to be followed, likely didn’t or couldn’t make bigger push knowing full well fauci n Collins r at the top and most of his fellow gof people wanted to circle the wagon!

Why isn’t the origin of SARS2 properly investigated? Because the only “agencies” that are capable of doing this were involved in generating the virus?

@R_H_Ebright Tabak: “Genomic data demonstrate that the bat coronaviruses studied under the NIH grant … could not have become SARS-CoV-2.” Do we agree with this? Should we point out that the DARPA grant is a blueprint for construction of SARS-CoV-2?

The mutation profile can also be explained by propagating the virus in a lab, using cultures of human cells. The source of the outbreak is: London. And wouldn't you know it: there is a lab in London that has published making these very human-signature mutations in HIV-1.

This is critical. The DoD knew a pandemic was about to unfold before anybody else did. What information did they have and who made the decision to trigger the vaccine development race?

9. Also worth noting that the DOD rang the alarm bells of an impending pandemic at at time when the US barely had a handful of cases, zero deaths and at the same time the WHO proclaimed that there was no evidence for human-to-human transmission.

The closest pangolin sequence is still >1,000 mutations away from SARS2. The early humans supposedly infected by a pangolin have their work cut out: even if we assume 20 mutations per infected individual, we would still require 50 serial infections. Which left no trace.

Talking about odds and bayesian analysis. What is the probability that a pangolin infects a human versus a lab accident?

Was SARS2 the product of a DURC project: develop an AIDS vaccine by inserting HIV-1 epitopes. Make sure it’s harmless in humans. Then insert an FCS in it, and viola: there is your WMD.

The FCS was inserted by first introducing an BsaXI site, cutting with it and inserting 2 annealed oligos encoding the FCS leaving ligatable overhangs (see picture). This forced both the contested Proline and the out-of-frame issue. But it was very smart and efficient.

A lot of people are still stuck on whether or not the virus was the product of a zoonotic spillover event or leaked from a lab, and whether or not viral genomic evidence supports this. However, this sort of analysis overlooks the massive, concurrent social engineering, spying,

A fatal mistake by Moderna/Pfizer to leave the FCS in their vaccines. The spike is targeted to the membrane, limiting its localization to the cells that express it. But furin cleaves the FCS releasing the C-terminal fragment. Once systemic, it can causes myriad of side effects.
