1. Misty attacked Jane Doe's
2. Misty amplified the voices of the so called "not Jane doe's" that radically misrepresented the AG
3. Misty has not worked a day in her life the last 20 years. MB has bankrolled her entirely.
4. MB and Misty had an inappropriate relationship
I'm done with the word "movement" in reference to christianity. The only movement I'm interested is following Jesus as He leads His Church.
If Jesus cares about something, it'll be expressed in and through the local church.
It's time we talk about Misty. Yes, she might be a victim, but she was also an abuser. She was in senior leadership for almost 2 decades at
#IHOPKC
. Countless accounts of spiritual abuse with 100's damaged by her. The truth needs to be told. Wrongs need to be made right.
This explains Misty's wildly inappropriate and honestly puzzling behavior since the IHOPKC scandal broke. Clearly there's even more than she's hiding which is why she's attacked Jane Doe's and whistleblowers
(1) I realize the Misty stories are difficult for people because It's hard to see the line between abused and abuser. I have a tremendous amount of compassion for M personally, as I am of the opinion she was taken advantage of and abused as a young woman at
#IHOPKC
.
How come there wasn't repentance for these egregious false prophecies? How come he has a platform to attack victims of sexual abuse today, even though he abused prophecy time and time again over the past few decades?
I'm not saying this because I don't believe prophecy, it's
I believe and stand with Tammy.
It is abundantly clear that Mike Bickle is a pedophile and a sexual predator.
And IHOPKC's "response" has made a mockery of Jesus and his precious gospel.
You have no "prophetic" voice if you have not publicly repented for calling Mike's sexual abuse a "nothing burger." These are false prophetic leadings being peddled by an enabler of sexual sin. If
@IamRickJoyner
doesn't have ears to hear what God's saying to the church about
8. Misty was given a free pass to senior leadership on MB words alone. We all know why.
9. Misty has not had a shred of honestly or repentence about all this
10. It’s sad that it had to be exposed publicly, but that was Misty’s choice.
More on Rick Joyner - I remember being absolutely freaked out by some "prophetic words" over a decade ago from Rick. They had large numbers of people living in terror and fear.
He prophesied
-There would be Marshall law and civil war under president Obama
-California would fall
5. Misty has tried to discredit every person who has tried to blow the whistle on her behavior
6. Misty was a spiritual abuse leader who was not held accountable
7. Misty had multiple sexual affairs that were not properly dealt with or disclosed by IHOPKC leadership
From the
#IHOPKC
update about closing down the church to keep the prayer room going-
If you need to close down the church, the place of biblical authority and pastoral care, in order to keep night and day prayer going, 24/7 has become an idolatrous altar which staff members are
Future generations need to see an example of godly, biblical leadership repenting and making things right with victims, not 24/7 prayer without works of justice
There's no "prayer movement", there's a praying church.
There's no "missions movement", there's the church mobilized on mission
There's no "worship movement", there's Jesus's church worshipping.
(4) I think this article is the tip of the iceberg on things Misty has been involved in, and although I am devastated for her and pray she faces the truth and gets real healing, those who are victims of her matter too.
@maggieNYT
Your original false narrative was retweeted 11k times, your correction was retweeted 300 times. And these kids will pay the price for that negligence.
Amazing how this Piggly Wiggly soda display is more cross-centric than any sermon Mike Bickle ever preached. Don't ever get out-gospel'ed by a Piggly Wiggly.
(4) All senior leaders at IHOP were victims of Mike. We are clear and strong w/ Stuart (rightly so), but he was also manipulated and groomed by Mike and his abusive leadership was a result of him being a victim of Mike. That shouldn’t be a legitimate reason for keeping quiet.
@eugenegu
@NYTimesPR
Dude, how do you have time to practice medicine? I see you trolling Trump's twitter account and virtually every other political topic in the twitterverse.
The fact that this was disclosed to Stuart and nothing was done about it is highly disturbing in light of all the other accusations about sexual abuse and impropriety being overlooked or swept under the rug.
(5) I realize I am also speaking with the perspective of stories that are not public yet, and I am reserving judgement, however I do believe there is substance to real claims of abusive leadership from M. Just another reason we desperately need a third party investigation.
(3) there is a temptation to say “well since _____ was abused, we don’t need to out those sins, or investigate the claims of abuse.” It doesn’t matter the gender or race, if abusive is covered and protected it must be exposed and stopped.
(1) I say this with honor, acknowledging you as an apostolic elder in the church
We're not concerned with who's leading in the world, we're concerned with the leadership in the church.
We want you to help bring this

situation to a resolution
We all know that there is massive concern over Pres. Biden's mental acuity and his ability to lead the nation, especially for 4 more years. But do you have that same concern about former Pres. Trump's mental acuity? (Notice that the polling answers are divided into two
Ways I've regretted processing difficulty

- Complaining
- Slandering
- Medicating
Ways I've never regretted processing difficulty
- Pouring out my heart to Jesus
It's so simple, and yet it changes every situation. He sees, He listens, He speaks, He heals.
(2) It is absolutely heartbreaking to see how the story of the past two decades have played out.
However, there has to be crystal clear conviction that does not give any allowance or exceptions to abuse in senior church leadership.
@malachiobrien
"something is off" - Yes, it's leaders how have chosen loyalty over righteousness, power over victims, and their own wisdom over discernment and fear of the Lord. Something is off indeed.
(1) A few years back I had the privilege of spending a weekend with 75 Iranian believers. It was a life changing 3 days for me. I heard many stories of the suffering they endure and their resolve to follow Jesus and stand for truth anyway. I am forever endeared to my brothers

Interesting take about capitalizing on the "industry" of abuse.
Eric, did you disclose how much profit you took away from this crisis? How much did IHOPKC pay you to bully and discredit victims and advocates?

Paid for rent, car insurance, and food for Aaliyah's birth mom during and right after her pregnancy. Nothing compared to her sacrifice, but still grateful to be part of her beautiful journey of life.
Millions.
- millions of people will be liberated because of Truth
- millions of dollars selflessly given to care for the poor and hurting all over the earth
- millions of hearts supernaturally strengthened
All because it’s Sunday, and God’s people are gathering.

If David had never said yes to the job of delivering food to his brothers, God would've had to find someone else to use. His faithfulness in the smaller assignment is what positioned him to be used in the greater.

"Someday you will read or hear that Billy Graham is dead. Don’t you believe a word of it. I shall be more alive than I am now. I will just have changed my address. I will have gone into the presence of God."
-Billy Graham
This is where humility is required, leaders like myself can't point fingers anywhere but at ourselves, asking "Holy Spirit, where was I deceived? Where is there leaven in my bread? Expose every ounce of deception"
If my dependency on God lessens when my resources increase, I’ve set a ceiling on God's supernatural provision. Resources never increase for our comfortability, they increase for our availability.
Complaining is the language of doubt. It has the illusion of brilliance because it magnifies defects and deficiencies making the complainer seem wise and observant, but all it does is render its host powerless, unable to find or exercise even the most simple and obvious solutions
Sometimes in ministry we primarily dream of bigger impact, stronger anointing, and more favor. Meanwhile, God primarily dreams of having more our heart. When our drive for impact comes FROM being crazy in love with Him, we can walk in our calling of sustained greatness.
(3). It seems that you have simply moved on and are focused on other things while we wait for healing, clarity, and justice.
Will you engage and follow through on your words to be their worst nightmare until they have a third party investigation?
@lecrae
I think if you truly believe this, it is admirable. Lots of people say this though and then peddle leftist ideologies. I hope you stay true to what you're saying.
God's path for you will always take you through seasons of obscurity. When you're overlooked by man, you're not being punished, you're being prepared. You're not being denied, you're being developed.
Obviously individuals will lead organizations that won't exist within the church that extend beyond the church, which reaches education, arts, the poor, etc, but I don't precedent for "christian movements" that exist with no tie to the government and leadership of the church.
God isn't afraid of your questions and he isn't shocked by your honesty. What He IS passionately against is the shame that stops you from bringing your heart to Him.
