The SNP should urgently back Ash Regan’s Bill to give the Scottish people the chance to demand that the Scottish Parliament gets the legislative power to hold an Independence Referendum. Ash’s Bill is constitutionally legal for the Scottish Parliament to pass.

@AlexNeilSNP I think a referendum on EU membership after talks are finished would be a good idea (the paper mentions both that and a vote in parliament as the two routes ahead). I agree it would be a good idea to say that would be aim before an indy ref.
