Most 👀 result in finding where Noah is most balanced and coordinated was on his body’s proprioception.Forget the quantitative metric jumps,his “feels” were so much stronger.Most importantly,his chronic barrel and timing misses (under/early) were drastically improved w/no cueing.

Young athletes require a creative motor learning approach. Feeding the mistake created a loud feedback chain for the boys. Consistent exit velo jumps of 8-10mph w/more barrels! New moves/drills usually feel odd to young players. Nice to have objective data as we work the process.

Boys tried something new today. Definitely stepped out of their comfort zones but the results were great!! Looking forward to working with these guys!
