With Eigenday coming soon, inflated yields for LSDs will end and we're going to see a rebalancing back towards the highest APRs. Frax Ethere is a full 2% higher in yield than any of its competitors. There is no second best.

It was @bitfalls post in LobsterDAO that convinced me to get a treadmill desk. Sitting in a chair caused some really bad back pains. I walk about 4 hours daily (10mi). My energy levels are super high, and I sleep a lot better. Diet plays a big role though. You can't outwalk

Workstation. Helps me spend about 300 extra calories per hour of work and improves my posture. Sometimes I also put on a weight vest when doing low focus work. Not noisy. Not hard to adapt. Not expensive. Work healthy.
