I have had to take a break just like in 1972, 1980, 2000 and 2016. Nothing changes with these people they are just more emboldened now. Keep doing what you are doing
My foster failure mama Becca passed away sometime during the night. She had been fine. She became my forever kitty when she last her kittens a few months back. Must have been an underlying problem but I am in shock. We will miss you baby girl

This sweet old part Russian Blue man is one of the most recent residents at the Franklin County Fl Humane society. He has a lot of love to give and deserves a loving home.
Some happy news for a change. This big girl was surrendered to our shelter over a year ago. She was declawed and to compensate for that, she would sometimes bite. Some sweet angel decided to take a chance on her and she is now living her best life in a gulf front home!
A friend of mine sent me this photo of an eagles nest that was knocked down by the wind from a freak storm here yesterday. The tree it was located is dying due to high waters that are increasing each year. She had already decided to sell her home. Climate change up close
Mom keeps talking about her wonderful day transporting 9 puppies and 7 kittens for a pickup from the Tampa Humane Society. I don’t really understand but she his happy
