@JacquiOatley One thing I would say Jacqui is that the level of knowledge of the laws amongst some commentators is dreadful and they then pass on incorrect interpretation of decisions which fans take as accurate. The commentary for Konsa’s sending off in the week was embarrassing.

Start really small just like 5 mins a day - check our body weight exercises from someone like Joe Wicks. All you need is encouragement, not a PT.
