The strategy seems to be that if the crowd is big enough it will be left alone, regardless of offences committed.
But small or lone protests will be dealt with harshly, because there’s less chance of things kicking off.
Less about rule of law, more about having an easy life.

They knew, but buried the truth & continued prosecuting hundreds of innocent people, destroying & sometimes ending lives. One of the most disgraceful episodes in British legal history. Those responsible at the top should be rooted out & brought to justice.

It’s like the old joke about former Labour MP Peter Mandelson when campaigning for the working class seat of Hartlepool in North East England.
Out with a posse of press, he walks into a fish&chip shop, points at the mushy peas, and says: ‘I’ll have the guacamole please’.
😉🤣
@vonderleyen
Good to secure a deal. Must be some quiet reflection in Brussels how they allowed a situation to develop where a nation like the UK would even consider leaving. And what they might have done differently to avoid it. Clearly they never thought it conceivable. Fatal mistake.
@katebevan
Did the very same.
Saw my phone beeping on the tracker. Knew exactly where it was in Battersea.
Went to Nick.

Number of people saying: nothing will be done; no-one at top will be prosecuted, go to jail or face any financial penalty etc is truly worrying.
Suggests that faith in policing, justice system, & rule of law has totally broken down.
Big crime pays.

If feeling uncomfortable, edit out the number plate.
That way you get the satisfaction of highlighting the inconsiderate motorist’s behaviour without the guilt of feeling like a grass 😉🤣

I believe that’s still Benwell. Elswick’s next area along. That’s around Hugh Street/ Clara Street (where ‘Bridge of Spies’ Soviet spy Rudolf Abel was born)/ Frank Street way with Dunston power station in the background) .
As seen in Get Carter

Investigating? Stripped of their titles, their pensions and jailed.
Knowingly destroying the lives of innocent people in this way is the embodiment of pure evil in the 21st century.

Surely it is their ‘lived experience’ that takes primacy here? And that’s not to be questioned!
