In Ottawa, towing is a problem. So legally expropriate the ownership of the vehicles in the blockade, and auction the vehicles cheaply to anyone willing to tow them. Assign police to escort the tow trucks in and out. Bring tear gas and water cannon; use only if needed.

I will never understand why Trudeau’s first choice for a vaccine was a shady Chinese company with ZERO history of ever making any product whatsoever. Meanwhile he left Pfizer and AstraZeneca, both world leaders, for later. What execrable judgment.
