Two extra days before schools open in ON. Plenty of time to: - mandate vaccines 💉for education workers where fully = 3 doses - mandate vaccines for all 5+ - mandate N95s 😷for all staff - mandate masks for all kids including Jk/SK - put HEPA 💨filters into every room Right?

Called the physician's office. Went from reception to another staff member. Staff says they're hung up on coverage I said, I have a team for this, please send us the Rx. She said she needs to speak with the 4/

First it was pediatric acetaminophen & ibuprofen. Now oral liquid amoxicillin: seeing availability dates of January. It is really not good on the ground - as a parent of littles, or as a #CommunityPharmacist . It's a good time to look at judicious Abx use. But it's still bad.

Confirmed with my supplier I cannot sell #RapidTests direct to the patient as they are POC medical devices. Working on sourcing ones that can be sold direct and self admin @ home. @fordnation why am I doing this work for you? EVERY household should have access every day.

Posted a delivery driver job today with a living wage, matched pension & paid sick days. Twelve applicants so far. There is no worker shortage. There’s just a shortage of people willing to show up for crappy pay and no benefits anymore. And that’s a GOOD thing.

I've now *faxed* the Pharmacy requesting the transfer. Next is to fax the physician's office requesting the Rx be sent to us. No acknowledgement anywhere this is coming and patient will be without again for another day.... 8/

3/4 of my fully vaxxed family (+1 is camera shy). Kids 2nd dose at 21 days. Husband now boostered. Wearing our N95s by default now (have been since Sept). Cancelled nearly all Christmas plans & kids 🎁 to Great Wolfe. Doing all we can to support all HCW through this.

Suddenly unconvinced kids will be back at school in 3 weeks…. @fordnation you have failed parents, students & educators. If you came out TODAY and said vaccines are mandatory for anyone working, going to school or doing any activity - we might have a fighting chance.

I am hearing that the appetite for vaccine passports and mandatory vaccines in Ontario is shifting at the top - in the right direction. Businesses, associations & professionals, now is the time to be LOUD in our demands of this. Do not back down.
