1/ Advice for founders - take time to negotiate a proper long form term sheet. Don’t rush into signing. Discuss each point carefully. Understand the “language behind the language”. Sweat the details. Will save time + money + anxiety in execution.

Great point by @sidharthrao . I would add that there is not much “restraint” in ambition if you can build a profitable business that makes you rich too. It is a tough thing to do and totally worth it.
