I don’t know about you, but any autonomous driving product that makes moving from A to B more stressful than just driving yourself is not a very good product.

🧠 @Waymo published a paper on a model called ChauffeurNet, which attempts to drive a car using imitation learning. ChauffeurNet aspires to more human-like driving, in contrast to traditional robotics approaches which drive like...well...a robot.

The face of someone who just had their mind blown by their first @Cruise ride. 10/10, would ride again ✅ Honestly, if you were blindfolded, I don’t think you’d be able to tell if a human or machine was driving. So good.
