@fundstrat As I point out here, pe's deceptively high because of earnings weakness. This is always the case in slowdowns. The current 21 p/e on the S&P 500 looks high, but multiples were higher during the GFC (28) and the Covid recession sell off (23).

The $RILY countdown. RILY says it will file its K before April 29. Short thesis is RILY is so corrupt it will never file a K again. A K filing would substantially undermine the bear thesis and probably spark a rally. T minus 19 days, and counting.

What happens if $RILY publishes its 10K before April 29, as it said it would in a filing yesterday? Given that the short thesis here is that it is such a fraud, it will never file a 10K again. And that 76% of the float is short. 4th of July in April short covering rally?
