Another day,another medical appt.Once you get a cancer diagnosis be prepared for an overload of info. Try to take someone w/you to help take notes(tricky w/COVID)or ask if you can record the appt. It's impossible to remember everything you hear-no matter how life changing it is.

Our President HRH The Duchess of Cornwall officially opened @maggiescardiff today where she met staff, supporters and visitors. Our second centre in Wales, we're so pleased to be bringing our support to people with cancer in Cardiff and South East Wales.
