🌟 My Take Home Message ➑️ UPA should be your preferred JAK for UC, all other factors being equal (access, price) ➑️jury is still out on safety, but likely not worse than TOFA ➑️ need more data on dose optimization in maintenance phase ➑️ looking forward to real world data!
