I once knew a trans woman who was able to stockpile their estrogen by not taking their their dose before getting the blood test and telling their doctor they had. This led to the doctor upping their dosage, and allowed them to build a good back supply in case of HRT bans.

Last night, over 450 people signed up to testify against a gender affirming care ban in Texas, HB1686. They cut the mic early and went home. So those who showed up stayed and staged a mass demonstration in the capitol. Protect trans kids!

Oh my god. Missouri AG just essentially banned gender affirming care for most trans adults via emergency rule. Requires 3 years of dysphoria, 18 months of therapy sessions, doesn't allow people with autism/depression. This is what elimination of transgender people looks like.

Major trans news. I warned, repeatedly, that drag bans would be applied to trans speakers. A trans public speaker was just banned from delivering a reading and speech in the Butte Public Library on LGBTQ history in Montana. They cited the drag ban.

Massive win for transgender people in the US 4th Circuit Court of Appeals. The US Court of Appeals rules that the Americans with Disabilities Act protects transgender people. Trans people MUST be afforded all accommodations, medical interventions, cannot be unduly targeted.

Incredible news out of Florida. Florida's gender affirming care ban has been blocked in part. The decision is complex, but this should be enough to allow care to proceed soon. This is the first (of many) wins against gender bans this year. "Gender identity is real."

Florida just announced that it is ending medicaid coverage for transgender ADULTS for their gender affirming care. As expected, the attacks on trans kids have progressed to attacks on medically necessary care for trans adults. The end goal is forced detransition or harm.
