@Aidan_Baron In our endoscopy suite, before a procedure, when it is just staff & the patient, we ask the same questions. If the patient answers yes, we abort the procedure on a "technical" reason to avoid sending them home sedated with a potential abuser. These little things matter.

There seems to be a surge in anti-mask bad behavior. This baffles me. So: this is a 5yo. On her 1st day of kindergarten. Who picked her dress to match her mask & wore her mask ALL DAY. She did not scream, yell in anyone's face, flip anyone off, or use profanity. Act like a 5yo.

Their father is still working on the inpatient service in the hospital. Their mother has meetings tonite until 11:30pm. Some combo of 👆 has been going on for 16mo: these 2 have NEVER complained. So yes, they get pizza, edamame, popcorn, ice cream & a movie tonite. I got lucky.❤️

I received the best holiday present: my mother passed her citizenship test! She will be sworn in sometime in the next couple of months. She's already looking at groups to join to #GOTV in NE02. And she is ready to vote in Omaha in 2020!!! I am SO proud & excited!!!

I just got some stunning news....my mother is applying for citizenship--driven by a desire to vote in 2020! (She is a permanent resident, who kept her original citizenship to help my recently-deceased grandmother). Omaha-she'll be voting in NE02!!! I am SO proud!

My 5yo disappeared & re-emerged from her room...dressed "like Mommy, a doctor!" because she wants to be a doctor when she grows up. She insisted I get in my red scrubs & put in earrings too. 😂 I have to admit...the idea of her being a doctor makes me both proud & frightened.

My children are playing outside-in their masks. They don't care that they're outside & no one is around. They are not passing out from C02 or decreased oxygen (even after running & playing basketball) They haven't gotten sick. They want to *beat the virus.* WEAR A GODDAMN MASK.
