@MollyJongFast I live in El Paso, Tx. We’re so far removed from the rest of the state, I’ve always thought we should be in New Mexico. 4 hrs. to Santa Fe. 10 hrs to Austin. Tx doesn’t know we exist.

You are so right. My dad USMC was KIA in VietNam. My mom widow w/4 children left to raise them alone. They call us a gold star family but that’s the only recognition we got. Will say local USMC reserve unit was helpful but we were left on our own with no national support.

We’re looking at the gun issue all wrong. Let’s regulate ammunition instead of guns. Ammunition is not guaranteed in the constitution. No more than 5 bullets can be bought at once and only 1 time a yr. Not the best but it’s a start.

@MJdowntheshore Good morning. Your decorations are wonderful. I used to do my tree with Chile lights and Chile ornaments red and green. Now I have a pre-lit tree. I kind of miss my chile lights.
