I recently got the chance to try @withopal . Tbh, I was skeptical because 'Screentime App Limits' did not work for me. After testing Opal for two weeks, I can happily say it works for me. Opal has two "killer" features that helped me "kill" screentime. A thread 👇

👌 Even with 150 people (doubles twice in the last two years) we still celebrate all anniversaries with flowers in the weekly all hands and birthdays with a card and small surprises.

Founders/HR: Employees knows when their birthday and their join-date-anniversary is It is extremely hurtful if the company forgets "their day" No matter how small your team: - Set up a calendar - Make sure there is a person responsible - Have announcements/gifts/etc… 🙏
