Ok, I'll join in. Infectious diseases physician here. Haven't made any extra money on #COVID19 . Working an average of 80-100 hours/week to meet all responsibilities including those to family. No increase in pay. No bonuses. Will continue to work bc I took a f* @king oath to do so.

There is a bill being heard next week in #COHouse that would make even small possession of #fentanyl a felony. What lawmakers do not understand is that fentanyl is ubiquitous & that ppl often don't KNOW they have it. I haven't seen a Urine tox w/o fentanyl in years.

Last night, I testified in support of Overdose Prevention Sites. Lawmakers listened but ultimately some decided to vote no based on their "feelings" instead of the evidence. Legislating should not be based on feelings when there is scientifically valid evidence. I'm disappointed.
