Train with him once per week (took me 3 hours of driving round trip) Reinforce and review lessons throughout the week. If my coach Mike says

Breakthrough with the 4/S fastball spin and sequencing. Threw 23” inverted vertical break with 13” horizontal at high spin efficiency. Improving on stopping rotation better too. @FlatgroundApp @TheClubhouseCT @MikePorzio @AOFBaseball
