We returned to Ebonyi State for Christmas and we couldn't wait any longer for the Government to do the roads in our village. We are doing it by ourselves.
@kaijzah
@MrOdanz
Where and how you choose to propose to your woman shows exactly how well you have known or studied her preference and person. If you don't know the basic reaction from her, you shouldn't be proposing yet.
When Peter Obi told Rufai of Arise TV, "I will go to Egypt, sit down with them and ask them how they doubled their power generation", I smiled.
President Buhari toured many countries in his first term without any return benefit to Nigeria.
@abimbolajd
Simi will be very selfish not to have said this. So because she made it in Nigeria, she should not talk in favour of those who couldn't? Asuu is on strike with millions of students at home now, Simi is one out of millions and you can't use her as standard of how good Nigeria is.
@renoomokri
Stop blurring this issue my Oga. It's either they are tolerant or not. I have lived in Sokoto too and they were not tolerant. The North want people like you to be making their bitter pill easy for the South to swallow. Someone is dead and you are talking about tolerance
@ProfIsaPantami
Sir, I in your shoes. I should be able to call one or two persons at NIMC, NCC, the telcos & the Ministry to track the personal data/location of the phone numbers being used to conduct this ransom negotiation. You're making Nigerians lose trust in all the works you did with NIN.
@FaruqBashar
R. Kelly has given more to music than almost all his contemporaries. But when he was accused of a crime, nobody used his contribution to the industry to give him a pass. We need a good system, not saviours.
@urchilla01
I cried reading this. You are in a country that works yet want your home country to remain impoverished and corrupt. What is the essence of your travel if you can't transfer the idea you see abroad into your homeland?
@KadariaAhmed
Arewa demonizes itself. If Nigeria were to be all Northern Nigeria, we will be watching you guys on CNN like we do for Afghanistan and Iraq.
@Gistloversblog1
For Gistlover to be releasing information at a faster rate than the Police shows that the Police authority is not handling this matter well. We need to see action from the Police. Why being lethargic on a matter this serious?
@hadizel
The same thing the elites do with all that they are suppose to provide in Nigeria - education, healthcare, security and conducive economy. They ban it here in Nigeria but enjoy it with their family abroad. So much for patriotism
@FinPlanKaluAja1
You are talking of Agric only. I served on Sokoto, and I saw the wind turbines installed in the 70s rotting away. If harnessed well, the wind blowing into Sok and Zamfara, and the sunlight, can give electricity to the two States without connecting to the national grid.
@renoomokri
I can't defend Abba Kyari or stand by him. I will allow the law to take its course. That's the right thing to do. Stop pushing Nigerians to be upholding tribalism, yet you want Nigeria to be better governed. Every thief has a family, but nobody agrees to be the brother of a thief
@RichardChilee
@Apoztl3
@PeterObi
We wear the shoes & we know where the most pain is. My father's age mates are not worried about a house, cars, food or marriage. We the youths have not scratched the surface of these levels of life. My father's age mates have lived their future. It is our future that is at stake
@TundeTASH
Like parents in a school in Lagos that told the school proprietor to increase the school fees because people they think are beneath them could afford to send their kids to that school.
@Josh__IK
The way politicians are coming off their high horse in this election is ideal. Obidients are really waking the electorates up to their right. You can't be abysmal in performance and feel entitled to our votes
@Chude__
People from Edo State are republican in nature. Have a mind of their own, little or no herd mentality. You hardly meet an Edo person where you met him the previous year. Always looking for what is better.
@IdokoChukwueme2
I have same experience - born and bred in Onitsha. Schooled in Anambra too through from Mbadinuju to Ngige to Obi. I can boldly tell you that you are not being truthful about Peter Obi's time in Anambra State.
@Stephystorms
@nwanyi_ocha
The church is not being blamed for existing or causing bad governance. It is rather blamed for enabling citizens to be docile. Bad hospital, healing school. Poverty, miracle credit alert. Corruption, offering. Everything wrong here is made numb by the church's "alternatives"
@aproko_doctor
I tell my wife wherever I am going. Always. Its proper she reciprocates. That's accountability to me. Everything is not gender balancing fight.
@ikennaAGHA
I can relate with you. I fell from the hostel stairs in my SS2 and had a disjoint on my right knee. We had a neighbor who knows his way with bones. He did it over a period of time. Hospitals like Igbobi should co-opt these traditional bone setters. No knowledge is exclusive
@BenHundeyin
Do you really want to know? A lady lawyer was shot in front of her husband at Ajah under-bridge last December. That's what might have happened here "if it was in Nigeria".
@Girl_isBlessed
Notice he didn't mention Tinubu in these tweets. He didn't know his resolve for competent leaders will be tested with a Tinubu candidacy
@topensyy
In terms of population, Alimosho LGA is compared to Qatar. When it comes to Development, you compare it to another LGA in Nigeria. Politicians are milking their votes without development. There is a kpako bridge over one river there near Akesan
@toyinjaz
@BukkyShonibare
@lolaloveandart
He was waiting for when he thinks he has earned the "right" to treat her anyhow. We really need some customary changes which make men see women as their property after marriage.
@Omojuwa
Those who were closer to Abacha, Hitler and Stalin had better perspectives and didn't see him as an enemy. They have families too. Do what you went there for and stop acting like we sent you
@akinalabi
You can't answer the first question that jumps right out of that Petition. About his conviction in the US. Never answered by BAT or his team all the events and media outing leading to the election. They always deflected the issue. And it's you that will answer it? Okay o
@TheSabiRadio
"rebuild Lagos after the military era" whereas major infrastructures in Lagos were built during that era. One will think Tinubu brought back sanity to Lagos public life, but that's not the reality
@ENIBOY
@flyairpeace
So the people in the plane about to leave should suffer too? If Nigeria is a place where litigation works seamlessly, a lot of airline will be defending and settling a legal suits 24/7.
@von_Bismack
If you listen to this, you won't want Atiku or any northerner as President in 2023. We are playing a long game with the unity of Nigeria. The power greed of the North may be the albatross
@LadeCR7
If it happened in Lagos, that man is gone. The way the Police, DPP and Court will handle his matter will shock your street people. He is looking at life in Prison like this. And no bail
@thecableng
Peter Obi went to Egypt, inspected similar power projects being handled by Siemens there, came back and told us we are doing it wrong. APC said he hates Nigeria. Honestly, some Nigerians don't like the truth. The reason why politicians easily deceive us.
@Nobsdaslushhkid
A tradition. Dad use to boast of how in their youth, they travel in groups on motorcycles. It's a joy for me and siblings going in Dad's car back then. Now we move in convoy. We look forward to it every year
@IszybeeTheFirst
Peter Obi I know will do town hall with the populace to know how best to do the removal. Jonathan did it. But we don't like compassionate leaders. We like strong men
@OgbeniDipo
@JAMBHQ
Arrest and prosecute or open up an independent audit to determine what went wrong? Which step is appropriate at this point? Surely, this is not how students authenticate their results in your school in the UK.
This evening, I called my very good friend & classmate who lives in Taraba State. I was about to preach Peter Obi to her when she stopped me halfway. She said, "I don't think you know how much we are supporting PO here". I can tell that the APC's Muslim Muslim ticket piqued them
The first thing to tackle ...
1. Food inflation. How? By fighting insecurity and bringing farmers back to their farmland.
2. Then you remove Petrol subsidy. To correct the nation's debt to revenue ratio.
No. 1 cushions the effect of No. 2.
The first thing to tackle is food inflation. Once we tackle insecurity and farmers return to farms, our food production will go up and inflation will go down through reduced food prices. When you remove subsidy,
@UchePOkoye
This shocked me. The one in Sokoto was one of the finest school in the area. During my nysc, it was like a campaign against the locals sending their kids there. Kids were even given breakfast to entice them. Now i feel sad when I see begging kids all over the streets of Lagos.
Not only Alaba. When will this voter awareness reach Idumota, Mandilas, Yaba, Computer Village/Otigba, Oyinbo, Trade Fair, Borno Way, Lawanson, Ladipo Markets?
@the_davidatta
@hadizel
David, nobody needs to be angry at a Lecturer in ABU. When he eventually got the mandate of Nigerians to govern a State, we acquired the right to hold them to account. Except if you are saying everyone can occupy the Governorship position at the same time.
@seunosewa
@seunonigbinde
Our sense of economics comes alive only when ordinary Nigerians that work 9-5 ask for better remuneration. We don't see this great idea when they are buying yatch and SUV for politicians that don't work as long as the normal civil servant
@utdcrownprince
@DennisOlabamiji
@altewale
Someone that will allow SM pressure get to him to the extent he will allow a venomous snake in his surrounding. People should have their own mind in this life
@gimbakakanda
A dose of your own medicine 💊 is served and you are complaining. It's his right to freedom of religion and expression. I thought someone who supported the hijab judgment will be happy for others to wear their desired attire too. What happened?
@temiokomi
Journalists ask questions to provoke thoughts from readers. When a newspaper asks something like, "who killed Dele giwa?", do you jump up and tell the editor to go ask you know who? If you can't provoke thoughts in your audience, you shouldn't be a journalist.
