According to the Speaker of Parliament MDC MPs represent 2 parties in Parly (MDC-T & MDC Alliance). If it stands, Nomination Process under s46(1c) Electoral Act was violated Using that rationale, ZEC failed to carry out their pre-polling duties. 2018 election thereby voidable.
