After being body shamed at a swimming pool about 8 months ago I have just been back to the same pool and done an hour swim. @jameelajamil your inspiration of not giving a fuck about knobheads has helped. Thank you so much. #loveswimming

@autcareandshare My daughter (7) did this went she went bowling and asked my wife “Does that boy have a learning disability?” My wife said why don’t you go and ask his mum which she did. They then sat together and played. I only learnt a few years ago to “ask” to educate and be more inclusive ❤️

@DominicFarrell I understand that’s 92p but for 3 meals a day that is £19.32 a week. So double that for the parents that’s £38.64. So for the month that’s £154.56. I do understand there are some people who may poor choices in priorities on what to buy. But when you take into account rent etc
